Incipio Kickstand iPad Stand and Folio Case

The Incipio Kickstand is both a folio case and an iPad stand. This type of case is very practical for people who enjoy watching films on their iPad, because they can set their device in the desired position without having to take it out of the case and put it in a special stand or holder.

We liked Incipio Kickstand because, unlike many other iPad stands and cases, it’s made from good quality materials: the premium leather cover looks great in both gray and black finishes and the soft suede lining is smooth and gentle and it won’t harm the iPad at all.

The Incipio Kickstand iPad stand is quite stable, thanks to the magnetic system that keeps the cover securely in position. This system doesn’t allow adjusting the viewing angle, but we found the default one as being optimal, so that’s not a big deal. Access to all ports and controls is free, except from the SIM slot which is covered.

I’ve ordered this folio case for my iPad from Amazon. I’ve got the beige-tan version, which you don’t picture here. However, I suppose everything else but the color is the same. What I liked most about this case is the viewing angle, which is just as high as I wanted. I’m one of those people who travel a lot and I hate carrying a lot of stuff with me. Of course I wouldn’t go without my iPad, but I surely don’t want to have a big, heavy stand in my bag, which is already very heavy almost always. Being able to have a folio case which can turn into a stand works best for me. There are not so many options on the market. I’ve seen a couple more but they were crazy expensive. The Incipio Kickstand was less than $30. The quality is more than decent for this kind of money. The only thing I felt the need for was to buy a screen protector, because the iPad is a bit loose in this case, therefore I feared it might get scratched. I’ve got the Invisible Shield because I heard it was the best of all. So far, I’m happy, I’ve got no scratches on the iPad and I always carry it in the Incipio Kickstand case.
